In an insulated container, these are the <strong>continuous steel sections<\/strong>: corner posts, crane frame, floor beams, door frames. They connect the inside and outside directly and become cold in winter.<\/p>\n<p>Consequence: at the thermal bridge, the surface temperature drops below the <a href=\"\/en\/glossar\/taupunkt\/\">dew point<\/a>, condensation forms, and in the long term mould and corrosion. Therefore the insulation layer must <strong>run continuously in front of the steel<\/strong> without any counter-battens touching the steel.
